Primary Goals -

To be ranked among the top ten multi-sport athletes in the world
- To enhance the arena of multi-sport athletics by becoming an inspiration and role model to established and upcoming multi-sport athletes worldwide and promoting greater participation by athletes of the Caribbean region.
Secondary Goals-
- To significantly improve his performance in all areas of multi-sport and place in the top ranks every time
- To spend a significant amount of time in Austrailia andNew Zealand for the purpose of honing his skills and training among the world's most accomplished multi-sport athletes
- To partticipate in as many top-ranked local and international races as possible
- To develop the Save a Sole project to become a vehicle for recruitment of multi-sport atheles locally
